Most MossMend orders ship from our fulfillment partners in China. Standard delivery usually takes 8–15 business days after processing. Import duties and tariffs are covered by us, so the price shown at checkout is the final price you pay.

United States/ Canada

  • Standard (8-15 business days)
  • Priority (7-14 business days)

United Kingdom

  • Standard (8–15 business days)
  • Priority (7–14 business days)

Australia

  • Standard (8–12 business days
  • Priority (7–11 business days)

🎁 Free Shipping is available on all orders over $49 USD.

Delivery timelines are estimates and can vary based on several factors, including your location, carrier operations, seasonal demand, and weather conditions.

 

⏱️ Order Processing Time

Orders are typically fulfilled within 1-3 business day after payment is received.

Please note:

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • Processing time is separate from shipping time.

 

🌍 Customs, Duties & Tariffs

For all international orders, the price shown at checkout is the final price you’ll pay.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or tariffs that may arise during delivery are fully covered by us. You will never be asked to pay additional fees upon delivery.

 

📍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and tracking link.

📬 Delivery Information

Packages are typically delivered by your local postal service and may be placed directly in your mailbox.

If delivery cannot be completed on the first attempt, the carrier may:

  • leave a delivery notice, or
  • schedule a re-delivery, depending on local postal policies.

 

⏳ Unexpected Delays

While most orders arrive within the estimated delivery window, delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • customs processing,
  • weather conditions,
  • carrier disruptions,
  • peak shipping periods.

📦 Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows your order as delivered, but you have not received it, please note:

  • We do not issue refunds or replacements for orders marked as delivered by the carrier.
  • We strongly recommend using a secure delivery address.
